摘要
主要研究BTA深孔钻杆在加工过程中的涡动问题,通过分析BTA钻杆在内外切削液共同作用下的受力情况,推导出钻杆在涡动面上的平衡方程,从而获得钻杆涡动角频率与偏心距的函数关系以及钻杆发生涡动的条件。所得结果对BTA深孔钻的动态稳定性研究,特别是切削液对钻杆的扰动影响和钻杆偏心,具有理论和实际意义。
The whirling motion phenomenon in the BTA deep hole drilling process was studied mainly. Through analyzing the stress and whirling motion status of the BTA deep hole drilling pipe under joint actions of the internal and external cutting fluid forces, the equilibrium equation of drill pipe on the whirling surface was deduced. Thereby the happened whirling motion conditions of the drill pipe, and the functional relations between whirling motion angular frequency and eccentricity distance were acquired. Finally, the a- chieved results have important theoretical and practical significances on the study of dynamic stability of BTA deep hole drilling, espe- cially on the disturbance influence of cutting fluid on drill pipe and drill pipe eccentricity.
