摘要
机床的动态性能决定着机床的切削加工能力。为提高机床的动态性能,对改进前机床进行动态性能测试,并进行切削振动试验,结合两者找到了机床的薄弱环节;针对找到的薄弱环节对机床进行改进,并对改进后的机床进行动态性能测试和切削试验,验证改进效果,发现达到了预期目的。
The dynamic performance of the machine tool determines its cutting capacity. To improve the dynamic performance of the machine tool, dynamic performance testing was made on old machine tool, and cutting vibration testing was carried out. Combining the two above, the weak links of the machine tool were found. Then, the machine tool was improved aiming at the weak links. Taking dynamic performance testing and cutting vibration testing on the improved machine tool, the improved result is verified and the intended purpose is achieved.
