摘要
小型薄摩擦片直径小、厚度小、表面质量要求高,表面纹理有特殊要求,其高精度、高效率加工始终是困扰磨削加工领域的一个技术难题。根据小型薄摩擦片的加工特性,找出影响磨削加工的关键要素;在传统磨削加工方法的基础上,根据磨削原理,提出磨削加工方案,进行磨削加工工艺设计。通过实验,证明了该磨削加工方案的可行性与实用性。
In grinding field, it is still a technical problem to efficiently and precisely grind friction plate with small diameter, thin thickness, high surface quality and special surface texture. The key factors which had effect on grinding were discovered according to the processing characteristics of small and thin friction plate. Based on traditional grinding principle and method, plan was presented and processing technology was designed for grinding small and thin friction plate. The experimental result has proved that this plan is a- vailable and practical.
