摘要 通过测试,分析了负压轮式物流爬壁机器人密封系统的压力-流量泄漏特性及线性拟合曲线。阐述了爬壁机器人关键部件离心风机的静压计算方法及校正公式。在此基础上,基于吸附力最大优化目标,给出了具体的求解方法。求解的有效性说明了该优化算法的正确性,为物流爬壁机器人结构设计提供理论参考。 The pressure-flow leakage property and linear fitting curve of the sealing system of negative pressure wheeled logistics wall-climbing robot were analyzed through testing. Static pressure calculation methods and correction formula of centrifugal fan, key components of wall-climbing robot were expatiated. On this basis, the specific solving method was put forward based on the optimization aim of maximum absorbability. The effectiveness of solution indicat.es the correctness of optimization algorithm, which provides the the- oretical reference for structure design of logistics wall-climbing robot.
