摘要
在传统行波超声电机驱动器基础上,对比各自的优缺点,提出正反转脉宽调速方案。详细分析了电机驱动器中主要元器件的选择原则和理由。该驱动器利用DSP的精密PWM技术,很好地解决了死区防护问题;引入压电反馈环节很好地解决了系统谐振点温漂问题。经实验证明:正反转脉宽调速方法动态性好、调速范围宽、调速线性好。
Comparing advantages and disadvantages of traditional traveling wave uhrasonic motor drives, the reversing pulse width governor program was proposed. A detailed analysis for the choice principles and reasons of the main components of the motor drive was given. In the program, the precision PWM technology of DSP was used to solve the dead zone protection problem, piezoelec- tric feedback link was introduced to solve the system resonance point temperature drift problem. The experimental results prove reversi- ble PWM speed regulation method has good dynamic performance, wide speed range, good speed linearity.
