摘要 对嵌入式磨削加工主动测量仪应该采用的数据处理技术进行研究。先通过数字滤波技术对测量数据进行预处理,消除硬件抗干扰处理后附加在测量数据中的各种各样的干扰,使采集到的数据能真实地反映被测工件的实际尺寸;针对目前国内的主动测量仪大部分只能用于测量光滑表面尺寸的问题,提出在测量齿轮、带键槽轴等断续表面尺寸时应采用的数据处理方式;利用WinCE系统的多线程技术实现数据处理过程,使其能够满足磨削加工主动测量仪对测量数据处理以及显示的实时性要求。 Some research was done about the data processing technique which was necessary in the embedded grinding active measuring process. Digital filtering technique was used to pretreat measured data to remove kinds of interference signal which were still existing after hardware anti-interference measurement, so the collected data could truly reflect the actual size of the measured work- piece. In view of problem nowadays that domestic active measuring instrument could only be used to measure the size of smooth sur- face, a data processing method was put forward for the measurement of gear, shaft with keyway and other workpiece with intermittent surface size. Finally, the multithreading technology in WinCE system was used to realize data processing, making it satisfy the require- ments about measuring data processing and display in real-time for the grinding processing active measuring instrument.
