薄板钻加工碳纤维复合材料仿真研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对碳纤维复合材料的制孔难加工性,提出采用薄板钻加工复合材料。通过建立碳纤维复合材料制孔加工有限元分析模型,对比分析了两种钻头在不同工艺参数下的加工质量,研究了钻头形状和工艺参数对碳纤维复合材料制孔加工质量的影响。研究结果表明:在相同的工艺参数下,薄板钻加工碳纤维复合材料产生的最大破坏半径小,加工质量优于普通麻花钻,更适合钻削加工碳纤维复合材料;工艺参数对复合材料制孔加工质量影响显著,高转速、低进给有利于钻削加工质量的提高。 Aiming at the poor processing quality of CFRP, core drill was employed in drilling CFRP. Through establishing the fi- nite element analysis model, the processing qualities of two different types of drills in different parameters were comparatively analyzed for studying drilling CFRP. The effects of drill geometry and processing parameters on drilling quality of CFRP were researched. The results show that the processing quality of core drill is better than that of twist drill ; the damage area of core drill drilling is smaller than that of twist drill ; core drill is more suitable for drilling CFRP. The impact of processing parameters on the processing quality of CFRP is notable. It is shown that higher spindle speed and lower feed rate are benefit to improve the processing quality.
