摘要
分析了某自行火炮装备液压系统的失效模式与故障机制,建立了该装备的液压系统故障树,开发了该液压系统的故障检测与诊断系统。该系统的应用大大提高了液压故障诊断的有效率和准确程度,提高了装备维修保障能力。
The invalidation patterns and invalidation principles of self-propelled gun hydraulic system were analyzed, and its fault tree was built. The hydraulic fault detection and diagnosis system was developed. The application of the system can largely heighten the validity and veracity of the hydraulic fault detection and diagnosis, and improve equipment maintenance ability.
