摘要
针对齿轮泵的健康状态评估,提出了基于AHP的液压泵模糊状态评估方法。在层次分析法(AHP)中引入模糊理论,解决了AHP在液压系统健康状态评估中应用的局限,同时AHP方法的应用也解决了模糊综合评判模型中权值确定的问题。将该方法应用在试验中,取得了很好的效果。
Aiming at health statues assessment of hydraulic pump, the state assessment method based on AHP and fuzzy integrat- ed estimation was presented. The application of the fuzzy theory in AHP solved the limitation of AHP applications in health statues as- sessment of the hydraulic system. And using AHP, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model weights determination problem was solved. The method was used in the state assessment experiment for CB-KP63 gear pump and good result was achieved.
