摘要
目的探讨水蛭素联合阿霉素对人卵巢癌细胞生长的影响。方法通过细胞培养后绘制生长曲线,了解联合用药对抑制癌细胞增殖及诱导凋亡的作用。结果水蛭素联合阿霉素具有杀伤人卵巢癌细胞的效果。结论水蛭素有可能作为临床抗癌和抑癌治疗的潜在辅助用药。
Objective To investigate the effect of hirudin combined with adriamycin on the growth of human ovar-ian cancer cells. Methods Draw cell growth curve through the cell culture.Investigate the growth inhibition and apoptosis induction of combined medication on cancer cells. Results Hirudin combined with adriamycin has the effect of killing human ovarian cancer cells. Conclusion Hirudin could be used as potential adjuvant anticancer in clinical cancer treatment.
