方向盘转角传感器误差成因与补偿的研究 被引量:11

摘要 通过对磁感应式角度传感器的工作原理研究,从磁场分布特性、结构与装配3方面提出方向盘转角传感器角度误差补偿方法,在无额外硬件成本投入情况下提高方向盘转角传感器角度精度。在LabVIEW软件平台上开发试验台架对补偿方法进行验证,使用该补偿方法后,方向盘转角传感器角度误差降到±0.3°范围内。 Through studying the working principle of magnetic induction angle sensor,proposed the steering angle sensor angle error compensation methods from the point views of magnet field distribution, mechanical structure and assembly, improved the angle accuracy of the steering angle sensor without additional hardware cost. Built the test bench base on LabVIEW platform to valid the error compensa- tion methods ,by using these methods ,the total angle error of the steering angle sensor is within the range of ±0.3°.
