摘要
为实现三维脉冲磁场峰值强度测试仪的智能化,提出了一种基于单片机MSP430F149的仪器设计方案。由键盘设置霍尔探头标定系数,提高了测试精度,SD卡实现了测试数据的大容量存储,USB接口芯片CH375完成了测试仪的通信接口电路设计,TFT液晶显示器为测试仪提供了良好的人机交互界面。上位机设计的操作界面简洁流畅,便于用户操作,并自动生成测试报告。实验表明:该设计方案满足了测试的准确性、实时性、可靠性的要求,实现了仪器的智能化,达到了预期目的。
To achieve the intelligent of the 3 - D pulse magnetic field peak intensity testing instrument, a design based on the MSP430F149 has been proposed. Hall probe calibration coefficients set by the keyboard can improve the test accuracy. The SD card realized the bulk-storage memory. The USB interface chip named CH375 achieved the communication interface circuit design of the testing instrument. The TFT LCD provided a good man-machine interface which was simple, smooth, friendly and generated auto- matically the test report. Experimental results indicate that the design meets the requirements for accuracy, real-time, reliability, and achieves the intelligent and expected results.
