摘要
为了解决煤矿胶带输送机胶带在生产过程中易产生纵向撕裂问题,设计了一种基于NI(National Instruments)机器视觉技术的胶带纵向撕裂检测系统。系统利用NI机器视觉中的智能相机自动检测技术,使用软件NI VBAI(NI Vision Builder for Automated Inspection,NI用于自动检测的视觉生成器)和NI VA(NI Vision Assistant,NI视觉助手)进行编程,对智能相机采集的每帧图片进行处理分析。当检测到胶带出现纵向撕裂迹象,通过上位机控制实现报警或输送机停车。给出了一种胶带纵向撕裂实时检测方法,并说明了检测系统总体结构及其软硬件。
In production application process, coal mine belt conveyor belt was easy to produce longitudinal tear. In view of this condition, a belt longitudinal tear inspection system was designed based on NI machine vision technology. The system utilized the NI machine vision intelligent camera to be automatic inspection technology and used NI VBAI and NI VA for programming, then processed and analyzed every frame of the acquisition picture from the intelligence camera. When belt longitudinal tear signs ap- peared, the upper machine controlled to realize alarm or conveyor parked. This paper proposed a belt longitudinal tear real-time in- spection method, and detailedly described the inspection system structure and its hardware and software.
