摘要
为深入了解线型聚能切割器使用时产生的飞散物的危害特性,给安全使用和可靠防护提供依据,按照实验和理论分析相结合的方法,运用所设计的装置对爆炸产物进行收集、观测,从动量和动能角度对实验结果进行分析。结果表明,爆炸飞散物主要以高速飞散的金属颗粒物形态存在,会对一定范围内的人员和设备造成直接伤害和破坏;飞散物的危害程度与切割器的规格参数直接相关;所设计的简易实验装置能有效捕捉和反映飞散物的特性,所建立的计算公式能够对飞散物的能量进行评估。
To research the formation and the strength of the explosive fly-materials (EFMs) generated by the linear shaped charge (LSC) ,an experimental method was put forward. Firstly, based on some discov- ery in the cutting experiment on LSC, the necessity and essentiality of the research were demonstrated. Secondly, a series of experiments to collect and investigate EFM were conducted. It is found that EFM is mainly formed as lamellar or spherical metal particles. And the harmful effects caused by EFM are mainly related with the charge and the shell material of LSC. Finally, by analyzing the harmful effects, a new method for EFM research and a momentum formula of EFM was established.
