全面阐述了电网前期工作的现状、特点及存在的问题,通过案例分析,借鉴先进经验,提出设置前期专业部门以及提前进行前期工作、开展电网建设环境评价、提高科学性投资计划的思路和建议,以确保最优化电网建设的顺利完成。
The current situation,characteristics of preliminary work of power grid and the existing problems are comprehensively elaborated. Through case analysis and learning from the advanced experience,some suggestions are put forward,including establishing professional departments in charge of preliminary work,carrying out environmental evaluation and improving scientific investment plan so as to ensure the smooth completion of the optimization of power grid construction.
