影响用电信息采集系统抄表成功率的因素研究

Research on the Factors Affecting the Success Ratio of Meter Reading of Electricity Information Acquisition System

指出了用电信息采集系统在当前电力系统中得到了广泛应用的同时,面临抄表成功率低、不能实现全采集及电费控制要求的问题,分析了影响抄表成功率的各种因素,针对人为因素、环境因素及系统设备因素给出了相应措施,并通过2011年长子县户表改造工程实践进行了验证。

It is pointed out that although the electricity information acquisition system has been widely used in power system,the problems such as low success ratio in meter reading and the failure to realize full acquisition and tariff control are confronted. The factors that affect the success of meter reading were analyzed,and appropriate measures were proposed in response to human factors, environmental factors and equipment factors. These measures have been proved to be effective for Zhangzi County household meter renovation project in 2011.
