摘要
木糖生产过程中产生大量的结晶母液。由于其杂糖含量较高,仅通过常规的浓缩、结晶等步骤,很难从中回收得到结晶木糖。本研究主要采用酵母发酵技术,脱除其中的葡萄糖与半乳糖,然后结合色谱分离、真空浓缩与真空结晶等工艺将木糖从母液中结晶析出,该技术可达到50%的木糖收率。
A large amount of crystal xylose mother liquor is produced in the production of xylose. It is difficult to recover crystal xylose from the liquor through the steps such as conventional concentration and crystallization because of high content of heteroglycan in the liquor. This research is to remove the glucose and galactose of the liquor using yeast fermentation technology and crystallize separately xylose out of the mother liquor by chromatography, vacuum concentration and vacuum crystallization. 50% recovery of xylose can be reached.
