积极探索“汉教硕”输出渠道

Actively Explores Output Channel for MTCSOL

本论文针对目前国内汉教硕毕业生就业难的局面,提出一些对策。其中包括与国外教育学院合作培养合格的汉语教师,根据国外中小学汉语课堂的实际情况,修改国内汉教硕培养方案,设立奖学金等,以期能如本专业设立初衷,真正为汉语在国际上的推广培养高层次、复合型的人才,彻底解决国外合格中小学汉语教师短缺问题。

It is difficult for the graduates of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages to find teaching positions to teach Chinese to speakers of other languages in China or abroad. The reason for the situation is we have not found the right output channel which may lies in setting up joint programmes with colleges of education abroad to train qualified teachers of Chinese together. In order to solve the problem fundamentally, the universities in China probably should adjust their MTCSOL programme ac- cording to the needs of the Chinese teaching and learning abroad.
