Strict implementation of the management of merchandise concrete in waterway engineering plays an important role in building quality control. This paper firstly analyzes different management methods such as personnel responsibilities, comparison and selection of suppliers, production control and maintenance. Meanwhile, based on the practical detection, a large number of data and the a- chievements from the operation can help us improve the management mode and method, and strength- en the ability to control the quality of commodities concrete.
