摘要
以惠州港燃料油调和配送中心30万t级码头工程为例,分析了影响大型深水开敞式码头总平面布置的主要因素,如风、浪、流等自然条件,靠泊船型范围等,并对码头轴向的选取,系缆墩的布置,连接水域的布置等平面布置要点进行了分析。通过模型试验和现场观测等多种手段取得最优设计参数及平面布置方案。
Taking a 300000 DWT oil terminal in Huizhou Port as an example, this paper analyzed sev- eral dominated factors such as wind, wave, flow, ship type, and so on, which influence the general layout of 300 000 DWT open sea oil terminal. And this paper carried out detailed analysis on the key points of general layout such as choosing terminal axial, arranging the layout of the cleat and water ar- ea for stopping ship. through model test, site observation and other means, the optimal design param- eters are gained and the optimal design scheme are determined.
