马克思主义哲学视阈下的心理契约问题

The Psychological Contract under the Perspective of Marxist Philosophy

相对于经济型组织和个体来说,知识型组织与个体的心理契约远比经济契约发挥的作用要大。文章在分析心理契约概念和背逆的基础上,着重从马克思主义哲学的层面来阐释和分析心理契约问题,旨在拓宽这一问题的研究领域,为我国和谐社会建设提供理论上的借鉴。

Compared with economic contract for economic organizations and individuals, psychological contract for knowledged-based organizations and individuals plays a more important role. This article, based on an analysis of the defini- tion of psychological contract and its deviation, interpretes and analyzes the issue of psychological contract from Marxist phy- losophy,intending to broaden the scope of study and provide some reference to the building of our harmonious society.
