摘要
保晋公司作为山西近代最大的民族工业企业,其创办是中国近代民族工业及山西近代区域经济史发展的客观产物。同时也缘于山西民众生存与发展、传统封建晋商谋求转型的双重内在需求。而山西争矿运动则是保晋公司创办的直接导火线。
This paper analyzes external objective causes,internal subjective causes and direct incentive about the es- tablishment of Baojin company. The creation of Baojin company is due to the doubled internal demand of people＇s survival and development in Shanxi and traditional merchants transformation,also to the objective production of Chinese modern na- tional industry and regional economic development in the modern history of Shanxi. Struggle for minerals in Shanxi is the di- rect cause of Baojin Company.
