摘要
文章以咖啡销售连锁企业星巴克为研究对象,重点阐述咖啡馆的体验设计,其设计要素包括咖啡馆的主题设计、环境设计、五觉设计、情感设计等。咖啡馆体验设计的发端是咖啡,所有的体验离不开咖啡,体验设计的最高境界应与咖啡相关。
This paper, taking Starbucks as an object of study, expounds experience design for coffee shops. The elements of experience design include theme design, environment design, five-sense design, and emotion de- sign. Coffee is the starting point of the experience design for coffee shops, so all the experience should be re- lated to coffee, which is the tidemark of the design.
