This paper, basing its discussion on the drawing platform used in the electric power industry and us- ing the reusable technology of components, first introduces the method of software development based on com- ponents, then expounds the advantages of this method, and finally describes the design and implementation of the drawing platform with the development method of reusable technology of components.
