This paper analyzes how to identify the amount of gambling fund, deal with gambling-related vehicles, determine the standard of the larger gambling fund, qualify the behavior of providing fund for gambling, determine the nature of gambling with huge amount of fund behavior and delimit the gambling crime boundaries, thus clarify judicial practice of illegal and criminal gambling activities.
