摘要
在分析现行社区警务制度在城市流动人口管理中存在的问题的基础上,针对性的提出完善的具体措施,通过五个方面的完善来强化社区警务制度的功能。
On the basis of the analysis of the existing problems of the system of community policing management of urban floating population, the author put forward targeted specific measures to strengthen the community policing functions through the perfection of five areas.
