摘要
融合开放教育和高职教育资源,建设职业特色的开放大学是电大转型发展的需要。高水平职业特色的开放大学蕴含了提升职业素质、打造职业文化、服务地方经济、发展职前职后等各个阶段教育的基本特征。要实现这一建设目标,需要实现使命融合、文化融合、战略融合和机制体制融合,最终实现开放教育与职业教育的融合。
It＇ s necessary for Chongqing TV University to integrate vocational and open education resources to construct an open uni- versity with high level vocational characteristics during its restructuring development. Vocationality implicates the promotion of vocation- al quality, the construction of vocational culture, the service to regional economy and the development of education focused on each ca- reer stage, including preoccupation and post-occupation. To fit the purpose, it＇ s necessary to realize the integration of responsibilities, cul- tures, tactics, systems and eventually the integration of vocational and open education.
