On the Internal Conflict and Formation of Interdisciplinary Matrix Organization

现行的大学组织结构、学术体制限制着跨学科的发展,而矩阵组织的功能与结构能够符合跨学科联合的目的和需求。虽然跨学科矩阵组织在促进跨学科的发展方面有着明显的优势,但是,矩阵组织内部围绕着资源配置的问题,还隐藏着许多利益冲突,需要从兼顾横向、纵向组织利益,以及矩阵外部的体制、机制上加以调适。

The current organizational structure and academic system in university limit the development of interdisciplinary. The function and structure of matrix organization can meet the purpose and need of interdisciplinary combination. Although the interdisci= plinary matrix organization has obvious advantages in promoting the development of interdisciplinary, there＇re lots of conflicts of interest in resource allocation in matrix organization, which requires us to consider the interests of both horizontal and vertical organizations and adjust the external system and mechanism of matrix organization.
