烧结混合料配加助燃剂试验研究

摘要 通过进行烧结混合料中配加助燃剂的烧结杯试验研究,得出煤粉中配加1.0%助燃剂,配煤减少5%,烧结指标转鼓强度和利用系数与基准期很接近,每吨烧结矿可节约固体燃耗2.8%;煤粉中配加2%助燃剂,配煤减少5%,其中利用系数与基准期相近,转鼓强度好于基准期。烧结厂可以选择性的采用上述两个方案之一。 Through the sinter pot test of mixture with addition of combustion reagent, it was found that with addition of 1.0% combustion reagent in the pulverized coal and reduction of 5.0% of coal, the tumbler strength and the productivity were close to the datum period, that is to say, 2.8% of solid fuel can be saved per ton of sinter. With addition of 2% of combustion reagent in the pulverized coal and 5% of coal reduction, the productivky was close to the datum period and the tumbler strength was better than the datum period. Therefore either one of the above two alternatives can be selected by sinter plant.
