摘要
烧结环冷机烟气余热的高效回收与利用是目前钢铁企业降低烧结工序能耗的主要措施之一。研究烧结余热发电、热风烧结和热风解冻的工艺特点,针对其所需烟气温度范围的差异,设计一种烧结环冷机烟气余热梯级利用系统。
It is one of the important measures to recovery and utilize the waste heat of sintering circular cooler for modern iron and steel enterprises to reduce energy consumption of sintering process nowadays. The process characteristics of sintering waste heat power generation, hot blast sintering and unfrozen by waste heat are studied. According to the difference in the required temperature range of the flue gas, a cascade utilization system of waste heat from sintering circular cooler is designed.
