摘要
该文通过对上海地区海塘现状、地质条件、滩涂特点等因素的分析,论述了海塘按允许越浪标准建设的适应性和优越性,并对上海地区今后按允许越浪标准进行海塘建设需重点关注的问题提出了建议。
The article analyzes the seawall status, geological conditions and shoal characteristics of Shanghai,discusses the applicability and superiority of seawall to be constructed according to the allowable overtopping standard, and puts forward the proposal for the key issues in the seawall construction in the future in Shanghai.
