架桥机在城市高架双层桥“干”字型桥墩架梁中的应用

Application of Girder Erecting Machine in Girder Erection of Urban Elevated Double-deck Bridge

通过对上海闵浦二桥新建工程引桥箱梁架设施工介绍,阐述了架桥机在城市高架双层桥"干"字型桥墩架梁施工案例的成功应用,架桥机用于架设该桥预应力混凝土梁,同一孔梁,先架设下层轨道梁再架设上层公路梁,轨道梁采用斜吊方法越过上层盖梁下放到下层轨道梁支座上。

This paper introduces the construction of box girder erection for the approach bridge of Shanghai Minpu Bridge No.2, and sets forth the successful application of girder-erecting machine in the girder erecting construction of urban elevated double-deck bridge. The girder erecting machine is used to erect the pre-stressed concrete girders of this bridge. As for the girders in the same span, the track girder of the lower deck is firstly erected and then the highway girder of the upper deck is erected. The track girder is crossed over the upper bent cap by the cable crane and then unloaded to the lower track girder support abutment.
