摘要
实验选用8种面料与4种粘合衬,并两两组合形成32种复合织物。测试了每种面料、复合织物的透湿量,分析了压烫前后PU涂层面料透湿性能的变化,并根据面料与粘合衬的规格参数,采用相关分析,分析影响透湿性能的主要因素。研究发现,PU涂层面料使用粘合衬后透湿性能有所下降,但不同面料和粘合衬造成的影响程度不同;影响透湿性能的主要因素是粘合衬的厚度、克重、紧度、面料的紧度,以及粘合衬涂敷量和面料涂层类型。
Eight fabrics and four adhesive interlining are used in the experiment and 32 compound fabric are formed in pairs. The moisture permeability of each fabric and compound fabrics has been tested. This paper analyzes the changes of the moisture permeability of PU coated fabrics before and after ironing and the main in- fluencing factors according to the specifications and parameters of fabrics and adhesive interlining. The research shows that the moisture permeability decreases when the PU coated fabrics uses the adhesive interlining, but different fabrics and adhesive interlining can cause different influencing degree. The main influencing factors are the thickness, gram weight, tightness of adhesive interlining and fabrics, the amount of adhesive on in- terlining and the coating types of fabrics.
