摘要
班主任是班集体的教育者、管理者和指导者,在学风建设、人才培养中具有重要作用,在学生全面健康成长中,起着导师和榜样的作用。浙江大学宁波理工学院信息学院自2005年起,结合学院实际情况,运用量化管理思想构建了班主任工作量化考核体系,将班主任考核指标分为评议性考核指标和记实性考核指标两类,采用量化计分方法进行班主任工作量化考核,在班主任管理工作中取得了一定成效。
The head teacher is the educator, administrator and instructor of the class, and plays an important role in the construction of academic atmosphere and talents cultivation as well as a role of tutor and model in students＇ overall healthy development. Since 2005, Ningbo Institute of Technology, Zhejiang University has established the quantitative evaluation system of head teacher work based on the actual situation of the in- stitute and the quantitative management concept. In the system, the appraisal indicators have been divided into comment and documentary appraisal indicators and the quantitative score method has been used to carry out the quantitative evaluation of the head teacher work, which have achieved some effect in the head teacher management.
