摘要 MMC型背靠背直流输电系统在世界范围内受到广泛的重视。基于南澳±160kV,200MW柔性直流输电示范工程项目,研制了MMC型背靠背大功率柔性直流输电样机。在介绍采用IEGT的MMC阀的拓扑结构的基础上,说明了该试验样机的系统构成,主要系统参数,设备中的变压器,阀电抗器和充电电阻的主要作用。对控制和保护系统的配置情况进行了介绍。对该试验样机进行了仿真分析,研究了在直流侧单极接地故障,直流侧双极短路故障和变压器二次侧故障情况下系统的暂态电压,电流波形,验证了柔性直流输电系统的理论分析和数字仿真的正确性,为相关工程应用奠定了理论基础。 MMC type back-to-back HVDC system has received wide attention in the world. Based on Nan'ao ±160kV, 200MW HVDC demonstration project, developed the high power, MMC type back-to-back HVDCprototype.First introduce the basic structure of MMC valve that using IEGT component, and then illustrates the system structure of the test prototype, the main system parameters, main role of transformer, valve reactor and charge resistance. The configurations of control and protection system are introduced. Simulation analysis the test prototype, study on the transient voltage and current waveform when HVDC occur fault, and the fault include monopole grounding fault at DC side, DC side bipolar short-circuit fault and transformer secondary side fault, to validate the correctness of theoretical analysis and digital simulation of HVDC system, laid the theoretical foundation for the engineering application..
