摘要 随着社会的进步和现代化建设的深入与发展,各行各业的用电量大幅度增加,相应地线路和变压器的损耗电量已不再是小数目。为控制成本、创造良好的经济效益,在电量核算中,正确的损耗分摊和合理的计量方式也是至关重要的。结合某用户高压总计量及其关口下的各类转供户的损耗和计量的改革,对损耗分摊错误的根源、不合理的力调考核、政策的滞后执行以及由此造成的难以弥补的经济损失等的分析和论述,希望能对电力行业和广大用户核算电量起到借鉴作用,能引起广大用户对用电政策的学习和重视,能对进一步深化供、用电管理改革、避免类似错误的再发生,以及确保供、用电工作的顺利进行等起到一定的作用和意义。 With the progress of society and deepenis of modernization, the usage of electricity increases greatly in various trades, the loss of line and transformer Is no longer a small number as well. in order to control the cost and create good economic benefit, the appropriate loss allocation and reasonable measurement methods are essential. This paper reports the reform about the loss measurement of the some user's total high-voltage consumption and its end users, analying and discussing of the origin of error loss allocation, unreasonable examination of power factor, hysteresis of policy implementation and great expense caused by them. I hope it can arouse users' attention to electricity consumption policies, and affect in deepenis of power management reform and smoothness of power supply.
