作为地处川东革命老区、已有 2 4年办学历史、现仅有 70多亩校园土地面积的达县师专 ,抓住当前西部大开发和高等教育大发展的机遇 ,加快学校跨越式发展 ,显得尤为迫切。文章充分论述了加快达县师专跨越式发展的有利条件和不利因素 ,提出了实现跨越式发展的指导思想和分三步走的发展目标 ,以及实现发展目标的具体措施。
Daxian Teachers College, located in the East Sichuan old liberated area, has had a history of 24 years in school running, but has only an area of about 5 hectares。 Therefore, it's particularly urgent for the school to take advantage of the west development and the rapid growth of higher education to construct the college at a surpassing speed. This article makes a thorough study of the advantages and disadvantages in the college's process of quickening its growth, advances the guiding ideology and outlines the three stage targets and concrete measures to achieve the school's goals.
