试论高校教材建设

On Building Teaching Material in Colleges and Universities

高校教材建设是高校三大基本建设之一 ,在新形势下 ,高校教材建设相对滞后于教育改革与发展的矛盾日益突出 ,本文就高校教材建设在高校中的地位和作用 ,存在的问题及应采取的措施等作了初步探索 ,以期引起各级领导及广大同仁对高校教材建设工作的重视。

Building college and university teaching material is one the three essential tasks in institutions of higher learning. Under the new conditions, the issue that teaching material building has been lagging behind the educational reform and development is becoming more and more conspicuous. This article makes a tentative probe into the status and the function of building teaching material in colleges and universities,and into the existing problems and their solutions,so as to arouse attention of the leaders at various levels and the vast numbers of colleagues.
