摘要
为了维护护理专业学生的素质教育，培养适应社会需求的全面发展的高素质护理人才，提出了将人文素质渗透到护理教育中。教师是推进人文素质教育的实践者；在护理教学中以培养学生热爱护理专业，增强人文意识，同时加强校园文化建设为主要途径，将人文素质教育贯穿于专业教育中。
