摘要
本文通过分析现有的游客管理模型及其理论,提出了基于通信信息技术的游客管理系统。运用多项通信信息技术,从预先性、互动性角度辅助现有游客管理机制达到更优的游客管理效果。
This paper analyzes the existing visitor management model and its theory, a tourist information technology- based communication management system. This paper uses of a number of communications and information technol- ogy, from pre-assisted, from interactive perspective of existing visitor management mechanisms to achieve better visi- tor management results.
