研究生职业生涯教育既是研究生实现人生价值的途径，也是完善和改革研究生教育体系的重要部分，对于增强研究生创新素质、提高研究生创业能力以及促进研究生生涯可持续发展具有基础性建设作用。本研究在分析研究生职业生涯教育内容的基础上，从发展定位、明确意义、课程改革、创业扶持、评价反馈机制五个方面提出了加强研究生职业生涯教育的着手点，旨在对提高研究生职业生涯教育质量提供理论基础。

Career education is a way for graduate students to realize the value of life, and also an important part of the im- provement and reform of graduate education system, innovation tbr enhancing the quality of graduate students and improve graduate entrepreneurship and promoting the sustainable development of graduate career with the basic building role. On the basis of analysis of graduate career on educational content, from a development orientation, a clear sense, curriculum reform, business support, evaluation and feedback mechanism is proposed to strengthen the five aspects of education graduate career, which provides a theoretical basis to improve the quality of graduate career education.
