西方科学课程教师发展标准的研究和趋势

摘要 “如何提高教师素质以及积极性的所要考虑的首要因素就在于教师素质和教学质量,这同时也是全世界教育改革的重中之重。”21世纪国际教育委员会如是说。作为处于西方科学课程领先水平的两国——英国与美国,它们的教师发展水平无疑具有一定的代表性。本文拟从两国的科学课程教师发展水平对西方的科学教师发展进行一定的阐释与分析。 21 st century international educmion committee believes that "the importance of quality of teaching skill can't em- phasize enough, and it should be a priority problem in any countries." Britain and the United States' level of teacher development will surely have certain representativeness in the western countries, as for their leading level of the western science courses, This paper will explains and analysis western scientific development level from the two countries.
