实现跨文化适应是每个来华留学生面临的重要问题，直接影响到其学习和生活质量，同时也影响着社会的稳定。本文从跨文化适应的视角，采用问卷调查和深度访谈的形式，对来华高校留学生经历的文化，中突及跨文化适应情况进行调查，找出其文化冲突的表现形式和产生原因，并为其跨文化适应给出对策。

Cross-cultural adaptation is an important problem faced by every foreign students, directly affects their learning and quality of life, but also affects social stability. From the perspective of cross-cultural adaptation, using questionnaires and in-depth interviews in the form of cultural conflict on China＇s college students experience and cross-cultural adaptation to investigate the situation, identify its manifestations and cultural causes of conflict, and provide countermeasures for its cross-acculturation.
