Formation and Development of the Communication and Cooperation Mechanism Between Heilongjiang Provincial Library and Far Eastern State Research Library in Russia

中国黑龙江省图书馆与俄罗斯远东国立科学图书馆的友好交往迄今已有20余年的历史。两馆之间的交流合作机制从最初的探索到逐渐发展和确立,开启了新的合作篇章。两馆未来的交流合作机制将向资源共建共享、数字图书馆服务、馆员定期交流培训、双语人才培养等方向发展。

Heilongjiang Provincial Library in China and Far Eastern State Research Library in Hussia nave the history of friendly communications for more than 20 years.The communication and cooperation mechanism of two libraries developed from the initial exploration to the gradual development and establishment, and opened the new cooperation chapter. In the future, the communication and cooperation mechanism of two libraries will be developed in the following directions co-constructing and sharing of resources,the digital library service,the regular communication and training of librarians and the bilingual talents training.
