摘要
李斯特菌属7个种中只有单核细胞增生性李斯特菌(Listeria monocytogens,LM)和伊万诺夫李斯特菌(Listeria ivanovii,LI)具有致病性。本研究对LM和LI的菌体蛋白比较蛋白质组学进行了初步研究。通过质谱鉴定,得到12个差异蛋白,功能涉及糖代谢、能量代谢、细胞周期控制以及宿主侵袭、分子伴侣等功能,为深入解析致病性李斯特菌的种间差异和遗传进化奠定了基础。
Listeria genus has seven species, of which only Listeria monocytogenes (LM)and Listeria ivanovii (LI)are pathogenic. In this study,comparative proteomic analyses were conducted using the extracted proteins of bacterial cells from LM and LI. The 12 differentiated proteins were successfully obtained with matrix associated laser dissociation/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry. These proteins involved the functions related to sugar metabolism, energy metabolism, cell cycle controI and host invasion, molecular chaperones and many other events. All these results supplied the further understanding of pathogenic Listeria spp. and lay the foundation for the demonstration of genetic evolution.
