摘要
报导了用脉冲激光诱导液 -固界面反应法来制备碳氮纳米晶体 ,通过扫描电子显微镜和高分辨电子显微镜分析高能脉冲激光诱导石墨 -液氨界面反应所制备的样品 ,观察到了 β和α相的C3N4 结构 .同时 ,详细讨论了用此方法合成碳氮纳米晶的反应机理 .
A pulsed-laser-induced liquid-solid interface reaction has been employed to synthesize the carbon nitride nano-crystals, which morphology and structure are characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and high resolution electron microscopy (HREM).The β-and α-C 3N 4 phases have been observed in the carbon nitride nano-crystals.The synthesis mechanism of the nano-crystallite is also discussed.
