摘要
研究了在空气中经紫外光辐照前后的聚 (甲基环己基硅烷 ) (简记为 :PMCS)溶液或膜的荧光光谱 .结果表明 ,随着紫外光光照时间的增加 ,PMCS溶液和膜的荧光光谱峰位依次蓝移 ,荧光强度依次降低 .并用GPC ,XPS及IR光谱研究了在空气中经紫外光辐照前后的PMCS溶液或膜 .结果表明 ,其荧光光谱峰位蓝移及荧光强度降低 。
The fluorescence spectra of poly(methylcyclohexylsilane) (abbrevd. PMCS) solutions in cyclohexane or PMCS films before and after UV irradiation in air were studied. The experimental results showed that the positions of the fluorescence peaks shifted to a shorter wavelength and the fluorescence intensities decreased gradually with an increase of UV exposure time. The dependences of GPC, XPS and IR spectra of PMCS solutions or PMCS films upon UV exposure in air indicated that these phenomena are in accordance with the processes of photodegradation and photo oxidation, which led to decreasing molecular weights and the formation of siloxane structure in silicon silicon main chains.
