摘要
为了保证某电力机车吸能装置的吸能性能,基于LS-DYNA软件进行了碰撞仿真,经对比分析不同几何参数碰撞盒的吸能特性,找出最适合该机车的碰撞盒外形。然后基于不同碰撞速度,进行了碰撞盒的碰撞灵敏度分析,并对安装了由碰撞盒和钩缓装置组成的吸能装置的该机车进行整车碰撞仿真,结果表明该吸能装置具有较好的吸能性能。
In order to guarantee the energy absorption performance of electric locomotive energy absorbing device, a computer crash simulation based on LS-DYNA software was done, and the most suitable crash box shape for the locomotive was found out with comparative analysis of energy absorption characteristics of different crash boxes with different geometric parameters. According to the different crash speeds, a crash box's crash sensibility analysis was completed. Whole locomotive crash simulation with energy absorbing device composed of the crash boxes and coupler device was done, results of which showed that the energy absorbing device had a good energy absorption performance.
