摘要
应用 Windows下可视化的软件开发工具 Borland C++Builder和 BP网络设计电控柴油机故障诊断系统 .采用多线程技术将监控模块与故障诊断模块溶为一体 ,实现对电控柴油机的故障诊断 .系统性能台架实验结果表明 ,该方法能够对柴油机的常见故障进行诊断 ,工作可靠 。
By the utilization of the visual tool Borland C ++ Builder in Windows and BP network, a fault diagnosis system was designed. Combining the fault diagnosis module with the monitoring module by using the multi thread technique, a fault diagnosis system for electronic control diesel engine was achieved. The results obtained from the engine bench test indicated that some common faults of diesel could be diagnosed and the system was reliable. It was also proved that the involvement of NN technique in the system to implement fault diagnosis for the electronic control discel engines is feasible.
