摘要
提出一个新的原子转移自由基聚合催化 /引发体系 .将该体系应用于甲基丙烯酸丁酯的聚合反应 ,所得聚合物的相对分子质量分布窄 ( 1.3<Mw/ Mn<1.4 ) ,聚合物数均分子质量 Mn 与单体转化率呈线性关系 .此体系以结构简单的二氯甲烷为引发剂 ,以物质的量比为 1∶ 2的四水合氯化亚铁与三苯基膦的反应产物作催化剂 .同时还分别对以三氯甲烷。
A new efficient initiator/catalyst system for the controlled radical polymerization of butyl methacrylate was reported. With this initiating system, the number average molecular weights of the obtained polymers increased in direct proportion with monomer conversion, and the molecular weight distributions(MWDs) were narrow throughout the reactions (1 3< M w/ M n<1 4). This system employed CH 2Cl 2 as the initiator, the reaction mixture of 1 mol equiv. of dichloride iron (FeCl 2·4H 2O) and 2 mol equiv. of triphenylphosphine(PPh 3) as the catalyst. The polymerization of butyl methacrylate initiated by trichloromethane and tetra chloromethane were also discussed respectively.
